Delivery Charges

Our postal charges are based on the total weight of your order (excluding packaging) and the delivery location.
Item weights are displayed alongside the product details and are used as the basis for calculating the delivery charges.

We offer FREE delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders over £80 (excl. P&P)

BFPO (British Forces Post Office) Addresses

We are happy to ship to any BFPO delivery address. You will be charged the standard UK 1st class rate shown above.
Please note that delivery may take longer than the times stated in the table above, depending on where you are located.
Please select the country as BFPO from the drop down list and enter "BFPO" and your BFPO number in the Post Code field, eg. BFPO 72.

Desptaching Your Order

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (except when being sent by courier), orders placed after this time or at weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders to be sent using a courier will normally be sent on the next working day, although orders received before 10am may still be dispatched the same day when possible.
Please note: Orders heavier than 1800g being delivered to a mainland UK address will usually be sent by courier.

Tracking Your Order

If your order has been sent using a trackable delivery service (see table above) you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain a tracking number and a website link to allow you to track the parcel.

Courier Deliveries

Mainland UK orders heavier than 1800g will usually be sent by courier when the standard delivery option has been selected.
For courier deliveries to the UK and N.Ireland we use DHL, although the courier service we use for international shipments may vary.
If the delivery address selected (UK Only) is a business address your parcel will normally be delivered using DHL's "Next Day" service.
If the delivery address selected (UK Only) is a residential address your parcel will be sent via the "DHL@Home" (1-2 day) service which offers extended delivery times upto 9pm and redeliveries by personal arrangement with the delivery driver.
Courier deliveries will not be made at weekends or on bank holidays.
A signature will be required on delivery of your parcel.

What happens if I am not in when a delivery is attempted?

Both Royal Mail and DHL will leave a delivery card providing instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or how you can collect the parcel from the local delivery office if more convenient.
