If you have taken part in the The Leonard Cheshire Disability Golfability Medal 2008 you will have received a goody bag which may have contained a some golf tees supplied by ourselves along with a Prize Code number.

Check the Prize Code number on the bag and check below to see if you are a winner

If the last digit of the code is a 6 you have won a prize.

If the last digit is is NOT a 6 sorry you have not won a prize but please take a look around the site.

Only participants in the Leonard Cheshire Golfability Medal are permitted to enter.

A prize code can only be used once and once claimed will then become invalid for any future claimants.
Winners will have a choice of receiving 54mm, 70mm or 83mm long standard wooden golf tees..
Prizes will only be issued when a correct validation code is provided
Prizes will be sent within 7 days of making the claim

Prizes will only be sent to addresses in the UK or Channel Islands.
Winners will be notified within 72 hours with details of the prize that they have won and prizes will be dispatched within seven days.
