Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30 day no quibble refunds policy, allowing you to return or exchange an item upto 30 days after receiving it for a full refund (excluding the original postage charge). The items must be returned in their original packaging in an unused condition and at your cost.

If you wish to cancel your order before your goods have been dispatched please contact us as soon as possible for a full refund, as we are unable to refund any postage charges once the goods have been despatched unless damaged or faulty.

If you have received faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods we will offer an exchange of the goods or a full refund including postage charges. We will also pay for the postage costs incurred in returning the goods. We will provide details of the postage method to be used for the return on receipt of your request to return an item.
