Delivery Charges

Our postal charges for deliveries to Mainland UK addresses are charged at a flat rate of just £1.95 for our are Standard Economy Service (2-6 day) or just £2.75 for the faster Express Service (1-3 day).

The same rates apply to N.Ireland, UK Offshore Islands and to Channel Islands for all orders under 2kg, see the table below for orders weighing over 2kg.

Delivery charges to locations outside of the UK are based on the total weight of your order (excluding packaging) and the delivery location.
Item weights are displayed alongside the product details and are used as the basis for calculating the delivery charges.

We offer FREE delivery to Mainland UK addresses on all orders over £75 (excl. P&P)

BFPO (British Forces Post Office) Addresses

We are happy to ship to any BFPO delivery address. You will be charged the same Express Delivery rate as N.Ireland, UK Offshore Islands and the Channel Islands shown above.
Please note that delivery times will vary from that shown above and will be dependant on your location.
Please select the country as BFPO from the drop down list and enter "BFPO" and your BFPO number in the Post Code field, eg. BFPO 72.

Dispatching Your Order

99% of orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after this time or at weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
UK orders over 3kg being sent via a a courier will normally be dispatched the next working day.

We ship to the UK, The Channel Islands and the countries listed in the table above.
Please note some countries have a weight limit.

We cannot ship to a PO Box address

Courier Deliveries

Mainland UK orders heavier than 3kg will usually be sent by courier.

Courier deliveries will not be made at weekends or on bank holidays.
A signature will be required on delivery of your parcel.

What happens if I am not in when a delivery is attempted?

Both Royal Mail and our courier will leave a delivery card providing instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or how you can collect the parcel from the local delivery office if this is more convenient.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery)

This is a next day delivery service provided by Royal Mail with a delivery guarantee of delivery by 1pm the next working day after dispatch for *99% of the UK.

We require your completed order by 3pm at the latest for your order to arrive the next day, although we will do our best to dispatch any order received up until 4:30pm.

Please Note: A signature will be required on delivery with this service.

*Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may also be subject to delays due to Customs checks.
The delivery guarantee for Alderney and many Scottish Islands is 5:30pm and for Herm, Sark, Lewis and ZE2-3 Shetlands is a two day by 5:30pm service, KW16-17 Orkney and a few isolated Islands the guarantee is for 3 days by 5:30pm, please see the Royal Mail web site for details of the guarantee if your delivery address is to an offshore island.
