Shipping And Handling
We dispatch orders everyday and aim to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding Sunday).
Your order will be well packaged to prevent damage in transit and will usually be sent in sturdy cardboard boxes.
Tax Charges
We are not VAT registered therefore VAT will NOT be added to the prices shown.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website you will be forwarded to a third party secure payment processer. At no point are your credit card details viewable by ourselves.
The secure padlock symbol will appear in your web browser software when you are forwarded to the secure payment processor to enter your card details.
Guarantee / Warranty
All goods supplied by Golf Tee Warehouse are warranted to be free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to defects arising from fair wear and tear, wilfull damage, accident or negligence by you or a third party.
Please note that wooden golf tees are treated as a consumable and are therefore excluded from the 12 months warranty.
Privacy Policy
At no point will Golf Tee Warehouse disclose your personal details to third parties other than for goods delivery purposes. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

From time to time we send out emails to our customers informing them of new products or promotional offers, if you do not wish to receive these emails an opt-out box is provided in the checkout process. You can also unsubscribe from receiving emails from us at any time.
Cancellation / Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before your goods have been dispatched please contact us as soon as possible for a full refund.
If you change your mind after we have dispatched your order or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase once received you have the right to return the goods in an unused condition for a full refund (excluding the original postage charge). You must notify us within seven working days of receipt of your wish to return the goods by emailing us at refunds@golfteewarehouse.co.uk at which point a returns number will be provided.
Except in the case of faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods, the cost of returning the goods will be the customers responsibility.
No refunds will be issued without a valid returns number.
If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed you will be entitled to a full refund including the postage charge.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way email us at customerservice@golfteewarehouse.co.uk with details of the problem so we can try and resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
